Civil Site Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Civil Site Engineer to manage and oversee construction projects, ensuring that all activities are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in civil engineering, excellent project coordination skills, and a hands-on approach to managing site operations. Attention to detail, safety compliance, and effective communication with stakeholders are critical for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor all daily site activities and work progress.

• Review project drawings, specifications, and shop drawings.

• Ensure compliance with project standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.

• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.

• Conduct regular inspections to monitor compliance with design, safety, and quality standards.

• Prepare site reports, progress updates, and project documentation.

• Assist in resolving any technical and operational issues on-site.

• Ensure materials used meet project specifications and quality benchmarks.

• Attend project meetings and collaborate with project managers and engineers.

• Ensure timely completion of tasks according to project schedules.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

• 3–5 years of proven experience in site engineering, preferably in the UAE.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other construction management tools.

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
