Catering Sales Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Catering Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving catering sales, building strong client relationships, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new catering clients and retain existing ones.
• Respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts with clients.
• Coordinate with the culinary and operations teams to ensure smooth event execution.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and convert them into sales.
• Conduct site visits, menu tastings, and client meetings to enhance customer experience.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and vendors.
• Track sales performance, generate reports, and achieve revenue targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in catering sales, event planning, or hospitality sales.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet sales targets.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
