Job Description

The Assistant Director of Sales supports the Director of Sales in managing and coordinating the sales team to achieve revenue targets. They develop sales strategies, oversee the implementation of sales programs, and ensure the team maintains excellent customer relationships. The Assistant Director of Sales also monitors market trends and competitors to identify areas for growth and improvement.


Responsibilities

  • Assist the Director of Sales in developing sales strategies.
  • Train and mentor the sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance and provide feedback.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with key customers.
  • Prepare sales reports and present them to the senior management team.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
