Job Description

  • Monthly Reconciliation bank, vendors,etc. 
  • Post all the payment made to vendors, foreign and local. 
  • Post all the expenses paid through bank accounts, debit card and credit card. Prepare monthly sales commission report
  • Prepare bank deposits 
  • Enter financial transactions into internal databases 
  • Check spreadsheets for accuracy 
  • Maintain digital and physical financial records
