AC Technician

We are seeking a skilled AC Technician to install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems for residential, commercial, or industrial properties. The ideal candidate should have expertise in HVAC systems, troubleshooting faults, and ensuring optimal cooling performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration systems.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in AC units and provide effective solutions.
• Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning filters, checking refrigerant levels, and ensuring proper airflow.
• Replace or repair faulty parts such as compressors, fans, and motors.
• Ensure AC systems comply with safety and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, services, and installations.
• Provide recommendations for system improvements or upgrades.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and service calls.
• Work with a team or independently to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
• Follow company guidelines and safety procedures while performing tasks.

Requirements:

• Diploma or certification in HVAC or refrigeration technology.
• 2-5 years of experience as an AC Technician.
• Strong knowledge of AC systems, electrical components, and troubleshooting methods.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Experience with both residential and commercial AC units is preferred.
• Good physical stamina and ability to work in high-temperature environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Knowledge of refrigerant handling regulations and safety protocols.
• Valid driver’s license (is a plus).
