Calibration Technician

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operation Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Customer Support filed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate with client and departments within the company to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Preparing quotation and forwarding to client.
• Co-ordinate between the departments to ensure smooth running of operations.
• Responsible for the timely completion of the job as agreed with the customer
• Maintaining and up keeping of all the files of their respective department as and when required
• Assisting Receiving and Dispatch department in checking the correctness of received goods on request or as per the requirement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering .
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in sales within the UAE.
• Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Excellent Written, verbal communication skills & Interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to complete multiple assignments within a reasonable period, and meet deadlines
• Strong technical knowledge of testing and measuring equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sharjah: UAE

Experience:

• In similar field: 01 to 02 years (Required)

Language:

• Fluent English (Required)
