Account Executive Job Description

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to work closely with the Chairman and Managing Director (CMD). The candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing insights for strategic decision-making. The candidate must be under a family visa.

Financial Management:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
• Prepare accurate financial statements, balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow reports

Reporting & Communication:

• Prepare periodic financial reports for the CMD, ensuring timely and accurate updates on the company’s financial status.
• Coordinate with various departments to gather financial information and streamline processes.

Cash Flow & Treasury Management:

• Manage cash flow and liquidity, optimizing the use of resources.
• Coordinate banking activities, loans, and investments as necessary

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

2. Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks

3. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.

4. High level of integrity and confidentiality when dealing with financial information.

5. Must be under a family visa.
