Senior Supervisor Retail

We are seeking a driven and experienced Senior Supervisor – Retail to oversee day-to-day operations, team performance, and customer service excellence across retail outlets in the UAE. This role ensures the achievement of sales targets while maintaining brand standards and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of retail staff to ensure smooth store operations

• Drive sales performance through motivation, coaching, and daily performance tracking

• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve escalated customer concerns

• Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines

• Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and loss prevention procedures

• Support store managers in scheduling, training, and performance management

• Analyze sales reports to identify opportunities and improve KPIs

• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and hygiene standards

• Coordinate with marketing and promotions teams for in-store campaigns

• Prepare and submit daily/weekly operational and sales reports to senior management

  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field preferred

• 4–6 years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role

• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing high-performing teams

• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills

• Knowledge of POS systems, inventory software, and MS Office tools

• Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages is an advantage

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

• Previous experience in UAE retail operations is highly preferred
