AstroEdu Innovations Fz LLC is seeking a driven and
results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The Business
Development Executive will play a critical role in driving sales and expanding
our market presence. This role requires a proactive approach to identify and
develop new business opportunities within the education sector, foster
relationships with key stakeholders, and achieve sales targets.

Sales Strategy Development:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet business objectives
and achieve sales targets within the education sector.
·
Market Research: Conduct
market research to identify potential clients, understand market trends, and
gather competitive intelligence to inform sales strategies.
·
Client Acquisition:
Identify and engage with prospective clients, including educational
institutions, organizations, and individuals, to promote and sell AstroEdu
Innovations' products and services.
·
Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including school
administrators, educators, and decision-makers, to foster long-term
partnerships.
·
Presentations and Demos:
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value and
benefits of our educational solutions to potential clients.
·
Negotiation and Closing:
Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable
outcomes for both the client and the company.
·
Collaboration: Collaborate
with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with
marketing initiatives and product offerings.
·
Qualification: Any Degree
·
Freshers or previous
experience in sales, preferably within the education sector.
·
Strong communication and
interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust
with clients.
·
Proven track record of
achieving sales targets and driving business growth prefer.
·
Excellent organizational
and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and
priorities effectively.
·
Proficiency in Microsoft
Office Suite and CRM software.
·
Self-motivated, proactive,
and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
·
Willingness to travel as
required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
·
