Gelato Counter Sales Associate
Role: Drive sales and enhance customer experience at the gelato counter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and guide them through menu options.
- Upsell toppings, larger portions, and combo deals.
- Prepare and serve gelato, milkshakes, and desserts efficiently.
- Handle cash/card transactions and maintain accurate billing.
- Keep the counter clean, stocked, and visually appealing.
- Engage with customers for feedback and repeat sales.
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and sales skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic POS and cash handling experience.
