Primary School Teacher

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Primary School Teacher to join our academic team in the UAE. The role involves fostering a supportive and engaging classroom environment that promotes student learning and development across core subjects.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver lessons in accordance with the school’s curriculum.

• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.

• Monitor and assess student progress regularly.

• Prepare teaching materials, assignments, and tests.

• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance and behavior.

• Maintain discipline and classroom order.

• Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development activities.

• Support students’ emotional and social development.

• Utilize technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance learning.

• Adapt lesson plans to accommodate different learning abilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.

• Minimum 2–4 years of primary teaching experience.

• Familiarity with British, American, or IB curriculum (depending on school system).

• Excellent classroom management and instructional skills.

• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.

• Passion for teaching and student-centered learning.

• Ability to use digital teaching tools and platforms.
