Window Fitter Assembler

Responsibilities:

 - Receive components and materials necessary for work at the warehouse

 - Cut reinforcement and assemble window and other aluminum structures according to Reynaers technological instructions

 - Perform work in accordance with the terms of reference for specific orders

 - Maintain a clean workspace at the end of each working day

 - Comply with safety regulations, fire safety rules, and industrial sanitation standards

  - Take care of equipment, materials, and issued overalls

 - Submit proposals for improving work processes to the foreman and deputy for production

 - Suspend work on faulty equipment or with inadequate materials until issues are resolved

 - Request assistance from the foreman as needed to perform duties

Qualifications: 

At least 18 years old

Completion of a technical training course

Practical skills in assembling aluminum window structures

Requirements: 

 Knowledge of:

    - Company mission and corporate standards

    - Organizational structure of the company

    - Equipment design, purpose, and technical operation

    - Window production features from aluminum profiles

    - Labor protection, safety, industrial sanitation, and fire protection rules and standards

 - Previous experience as a fitter-assembler of window structures is preferred

Skills:

- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

- Basic technical knowledge and understanding of equipment operation

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Good communication skills for submitting proposals and requesting assistance
