Website Content Editor and writer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Website Content Editor and Writer to develop, curate, and manage compelling content for our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly content that aligns with our brand voice and enhances the user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write, edit, and publish original content for website pages, blogs, landing pages, and product descriptions

• Ensure all web content is consistent in terms of style, tone, and quality

• Collaborate with design, marketing, and SEO teams to align content with strategic goals

• Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to create informative and relevant content

• Optimize content using SEO best practices (keywords, meta tags, readability, etc.)

• Review and update existing website content to ensure accuracy and freshness

• Manage and maintain the content calendar

• Use CMS tools (e.g., WordPress, Shopify) to upload and format content

• Monitor website traffic and user engagement metrics to improve content performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field

• Proven experience as a web content editor, writer, or similar role

• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills

• Familiarity with SEO principles and web traffic metrics

• Proficiency in content management systems (CMS)

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus

• Portfolio of published work is a strong advantage
