As a Warehouse Supervisor in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, you will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and team supervision. Your primary duties will include coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate stock levels, and implementing efficient warehouse processes to meet customer demand. You will need to lead a team of warehouse staff, provide training and guidance, and enforce safety regulations to maintain a secure working environment. Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, storing, and distributing products in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure inventory levels are maintained and accurate through regular cycle counts and audits.
  • Supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
  • Implement and enforce health and safety procedures to create a safe working environment for warehouse employees.
  • Optimize warehouse layouts and workflows to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor and track KPIs to measure and improve warehouse performance.
  • Communicate regularly with other departments to coordinate logistics and meet customer requirements.
  • Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to shipments, inventory, or warehouse operations.
  • Implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements to streamline warehouse operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role, preferably in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven experience in inventory management and control.
  • Knowledge of warehouse health and safety practices.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
