Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse. As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and ensuring efficient storage and distribution of goods. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the receiving, storing, and distribution of goods.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Manage inventory levels and perform regular stock checks.
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse operations procedures.
- Train and supervise warehouse staff.
- Implement measures to optimize space utilization.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Identify areas for continuous improvement and implement appropriate solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience in warehouse management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
