Warehouse Coordinator

The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of a company's warehouse and inventory management systems. This role requires strong organizational and multitasking abilities, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The Warehouse Coordinator will ensure proper storage and documentation of inventory, coordinate shipping and receiving activities, and maintain accurate records of stock levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods in the warehouse.
• Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, including verification of goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using appropriate systems and software.
• Monitor and analyze inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in inventory records.
• Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to identify and rectify errors.
• Collaborate with procurement and production teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Implement and enforce safety and security procedures in the warehouse.
• Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure efficient workflow.
• Continuously review and improve warehouse processes.

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse and distribution processes.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and software.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
