Visual Merchandiser

The Visual Merchandiser is responsible for creating visually appealing product displays and layouts that attract customers and enhance the overall shopping experience. Working closely with retail and marketing teams, this role ensures that the store environment aligns with brand guidelines, seasonal themes, and promotional campaigns. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic retail setting and possess a strong sense of creativity, spatial awareness, and market awareness aligned with UAE retail standards.

Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing eye-catching visual displays that reflect brand identity and drive customer engagement.

• Collaborating with store managers and marketing teams to plan visual themes based on promotions, new arrivals, and seasonal trends.

• Conducting regular store visits to ensure consistent execution of visual merchandising standards across locations.

• Adjusting layouts based on sales analytics, customer behavior, and product movement.

• Installing display fixtures, mannequins, signage, and other visual elements in accordance with health and safety guidelines.

• Training in-store teams on visual merchandising best practices and product presentation.

• Monitoring competitor displays and staying updated on visual merchandising trends within the UAE retail landscape.

• Assisting in store openings, refurbishments, and product launches with creative input and on-site execution.

• Ensuring all visual materials comply with brand and UAE cultural guidelines.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Fashion, or a related field.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a visual merchandising role, preferably in fashion or lifestyle retail.

• Strong creative and artistic abilities with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.

• Proficiency in design tools and software such as Adobe Creative Suite or SketchUp is an advantage.

• Excellent planning, organizational, and project management skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced retail environments.

• Strong understanding of customer psychology and in-store behavior.

• Knowledge of retail operations and merchandising practices specific to the UAE market.
