Vehicle Body Repairer

As a Vehicle Body Repairer, you will be responsible for repairing and refinishing automotive vehicle bodies following damage due to accidents or vandalism. Your job duties will include examining damaged vehicles, identifying necessary repairs, removing dents, replacing damaged parts, welding, and refinishing surfaces. You will work with a variety of materials such as steel, aluminum, plastic, and fiberglass to restore vehicles to their pre-accident condition. Additionally, you may be required to use computerized measuring systems to ensure accurate repairs. Successful candidates should possess strong attention to detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience in auto body repair, painting, and refinishing techniques is typically preferred.

Responsibilities
