UX UI Designer

We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to create engaging and user-friendly digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to translate business requirements into visually appealing and intuitive interfaces. The UX/UI Designer will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to enhance the usability and functionality of websites, mobile applications, and digital products.

Responsibilities:

• conduct user research, gather insights, and analyze user behavior to improve digital experiences

• create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize and test design concepts

• collaborate with developers to ensure smooth implementation of designs and usability best practices

• design visually appealing interfaces with a strong focus on user experience and accessibility

• optimize designs for responsiveness and cross-platform compatibility

• conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback and data analysis

• stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies in UX/UI

• ensure consistency in branding and design elements across all digital products

• work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide innovative design solutions

• develop design systems and guidelines to streamline the design process and maintain uniformity

Requirements:

• bachelor’s degree in graphic design, interaction design, computer science, or a related field

• minimum 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design for web and mobile applications

• proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Photoshop

• strong understanding of UX principles, usability testing, and user research methodologies

• experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus

• excellent communication and teamwork skills

• ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• a strong portfolio showcasing previous UX/UI design work
