UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our creative team and play a crucial role in crafting exceptional user experiences. The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing digital interfaces that enhance user satisfaction and engagement. The ideal candidate should have a strong design portfolio, a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop visually appealing and responsive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Design user interface elements, including icons, buttons, and navigation menus.
• Produce wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts.
• Iterate and refine designs based on user feedback and usability testing.
• Collaborate with developers to implement design specifications.
• Build page navigation buttons and search fields
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
• Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
• Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to evaluate designs.
• Collect and analyze user feedback to make data-driven design improvements.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles within the organization.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UX Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong design portfolio showcasing previous work.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma).
• Understanding of web and mobile design principles and responsive design.
• Knowledge of user-centered design methodologies and usability principles.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
