The Territory Account Manager is responsible for managing sales and relationships within a designated geographic area. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, maintaining strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities to meet sales targets and increase market share.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for the assigned territory.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Present and promote products/services to existing and prospective clients.
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Achieve sales targets and KPIs as set by management.
Prepare regular reports on territory sales performance and forecasts.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to generate leads.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
Stay up to date with market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development.
Strong understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
Ability to travel within the assigned territory as required.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
