Telesales Specialist

We are hiring a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Specialist to contact potential customers, pitch products or services, and close sales via phone. The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, and possesses excellent communication skills to drive customer engagement and generate sales in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products/services.

• Answer questions and handle objections in a professional manner.

• Persuade customers to make purchases or set appointments.

• Follow up on leads and maintain a customer database.

• Meet daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs.

• Document customer interactions and update CRM systems.

• Provide accurate product information and support during the sales process.

• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for campaign alignment.

• Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends.

• Handle customer complaints or escalate issues as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred.

• 1–3 years of telesales or customer service experience.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.

• Familiarity with CRM software and telephone systems.

• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
