Telesales Representative

The Telesales Representative is responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales leads and convert them into customers. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone. The Telesales Representative will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all calls and sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided call lists.
• Present and explain products or services to potential customers.
• Answer questions and overcome objections from potential customers.
• Follow up with potential customers to close sales and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of all calls and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with sales team members to achieve team goals and objectives.
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and sales techniques.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in telesales or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve sales targets.
