We are hiring a motivated Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team in the UAE. This role focuses on generating leads, closing sales via phone, and maintaining client relationships. The ideal candidate should be persuasive, results-driven, and capable of meeting or exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Contact potential clients to present products and services over the phone
Answer questions about offerings and address client objections
Generate and follow up on sales leads and cold calls
Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and client information
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
Handle customer inquiries and provide post-sale support
Collaborate with team members to optimize outreach strategies
Upsell and cross-sell to existing clients when appropriate
Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends
Follow company guidelines for compliance and quality assurance
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field
Minimum 2 years of telesales or inside sales experience
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
Ability to work under pressure and achieve performance goals
