Tele Caller

A Tele Caller is responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate leads, provide information about products or services, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to handle customer queries professionally, and a goal-oriented mindset to achieve sales or service targets. The ideal candidate should be persuasive, patient, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products or services

• answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally

• generate leads and follow up on potential sales opportunities

• maintain a database of customer interactions and update records accurately

• explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers effectively

• handle customer complaints, provide solutions, and escalate issues when necessary

• achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the management

• follow communication scripts and guidelines to maintain consistency in customer interactions

• collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve campaign effectiveness

• stay updated on company offerings, promotions, and industry trends

Requirements:

• high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus

• previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred

• excellent verbal communication and active listening skills

• strong persuasion and negotiation abilities

• ability to handle rejection and remain positive under pressure

• familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills

• fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage

• ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet deadlines
