Tele Caller

We  are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic Tele Caller to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and provide them with information about our company and the products/services we offer.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our company and its products/services.

2. Provide complete information about our products/services to potential customers and answer any queries they may have.

3. Keep accurate records of all customer interactions and sales leads.

4. Meet weekly and monthly targets set by the company.

5. Collaborate with the sales team to follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.

6. Continuously update product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends and competition.

7. Build and maintain a positive working relationship with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.

8. Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.

9. Follow all scripts and guidelines provided by the company to ensure consistency and effectiveness in communication.

10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Proven experience as a tele caller or similar role.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Exceptional phone etiquette and active listening skills.

5. Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure.

6. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

7. Proficiency in using telecommunication systems and software.

8. Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer skills.

9. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

10. Positive attitude, self-motivated, and driven to succeed.
