Job Description
The technical solutions executive is responsible for providing technical expertise and solutions to meet customer needs. They will collaborate with sales and project teams to understand customer requirements, propose technical solutions, and support the sales process. The technical solutions executive will also provide training and support to customers, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and propose technical solutions.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to clients.
- Assist in the development of sales proposals and support the sales process.
- Provide training and support to customers on products or services.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of technical solutions.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and new technologies.
- Provide feedback and insights from customer interactions to help improve products or services.
- Maintain customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a technical sales or solutions-oriented role.
- Strong understanding of technical products, systems, and solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Customer-focused with good problem-solving abilities.
