Technical Recruiter

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting technical positions and a strong understanding of various technology skills. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent in the tech industry.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit and technical skills.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
• Facilitate candidate evaluations and feedback sessions.
• Manage the candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Assist in crafting compelling job descriptions and advertisements.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting or related field.
• Solid understanding of technology and technical roles.
• Proficiency in recruiting tools and Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing candidates through various channels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Analytical skills for evaluating candidates and their fit.
• Experience with employer branding initiatives.
• Knowledge of current employment laws and regulations.
• Networking skills to engage with tech professionals.
• Experience in a tech-focused industry is preferred.
• Certifications in HR or Recruiting are a plus.
