The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in System Admin, Back-up Admin and a strong understanding of project coordination. Should posses strong leadership skills, a proven track record in team management.

What You'll Do:
🎯Responsible for managing backup solutions and ensure data integrity and recoverability

🚀Lead and mentor a diverse team of IT professionals, oversee daily operations to achieve performance targets

🚀Monitor system performance and escalate issues as needed
📊 Coordinate and supervise onsite support services.
🔍 Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback
📝 Assist in planning and executing IT projects
📈 Provide escalation support and ensure SLA adherence
🚀 Drive process improvements and optimize resource utilization

🤝 Foster a positive team culture that encourages collaboration

What We’re Looking For:
✅ Minimum of 6+ years of experience with 3+ years in a leadership role
✅ Expertise in backup tools and administration (e.g., Veeam, Commvault, Acronis)
✅ Familiarity with project management practices (PMP or ITIL preferred) 
✅ Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
✅ Ability to manage teams and meet tight deadlines
