Talent Acquisition Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment efforts across our UAE operations. The ideal candidate will develop and implement effective hiring strategies, build a strong employer brand, and ensure we attract and retain top talent to support organizational growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for all levels of roles.

• Partner with department heads to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning.

• Build a strong pipeline of candidates through sourcing, networking, and talent pooling.

• Oversee applicant tracking systems and maintain accurate recruitment data.

• Lead employer branding initiatives and represent the company at career events.

• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.

• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external vendors.

• Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring reports to leadership.

• Stay updated on industry trends, compensation data, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 6–8 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

• Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and recruitment analytics.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proven track record of filling roles across different departments and seniorities.

• Experience in UAE/GCC labor laws and recruitment regulations is a plus.

• Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution.
