Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment process to attract, identify, and hire top talent for the organization. Your primary duties will include developing and implementing recruitment strategies, sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, and managing the entire hiring process. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and work towards building a strong employer brand to attract diverse candidates. Additionally, you will stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure a high-quality recruitment experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for building successful teams.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent to the organization.
  • Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Coordinate and conduct in-person interviews with hiring managers.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance.
  • Build strong relationships with external partners such as staffing agencies and universities.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR role.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
