Job Description: Supply Chain Execution Specialist

A Supply Chain Execution Specialist plays a crucial role in managing the logistics and operational aspects of supply chain processes. The specialist ensures the efficient execution of supply chain activities to meet customer demands while optimizing resources and costs. The role involves coordination with various internal departments and external partners to streamline the flow of goods and information throughout the supply chain network. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to problem-solve are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor the end-to-end execution of supply chain operations.
• Implement processes to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce lead times.
• Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement in supply chain performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain issues and challenges.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, carriers, and other external partners.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards in supply chain activities.
• Develop and implement best practices for supply chain execution and optimization.
• Utilize supply chain software systems to track inventory and shipments.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to supply chain execution.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence in the supply chain.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain execution or logistics operations.
• Demonstrated understanding of supply chain processes, warehousing, and transportation.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.

• Minimum 2 years of Supply Chain Execution or Logistic or Order Management Experience in B2B business

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Understanding of Inco terms, freight activities and documentation

• Knowledge of SAP ECC

• Advanced computer software skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot tables)

• Fluent English

• Proactive & positive approach

• Must have strong attention to details

• Ability to communicate with all levels in the organization and work effectively in a team environment.
