Supervisor - Insurance Audit

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor of Insurance Audit to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of insurance auditors in conducting audits of insurance policies, claims, and financial records to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance auditing, excellent leadership abilities, and a keen attention to detail. Responsibilities include overseeing audit processes, reviewing audit findings, providing guidance and training to staff, and collaborating with other departments to improve audit procedures. The Supervisor of Insurance Audit will also be responsible for preparing audit reports, identifying potential risks, and implementing corrective actions when necessary. A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required, along with at least 5 years of experience in insurance auditing. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance audit processes, methodologies, and outcomes.
