Student Recruitment Advisor

We are seeking a dynamic and student-focused Student Recruitment Advisor to attract and guide prospective learners through the admissions journey. Based in the UAE, this role plays a key part in promoting programs, achieving enrollment targets, and supporting students in making informed academic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote academic programs through online and offline channels to attract student interest

• Advise prospective students and parents on admissions processes, course options, and eligibility criteria

• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings

• Conduct school visits, open days, education fairs, and recruitment events

• Guide applicants through the entire application process from initial inquiry to enrollment

• Coordinate with academic and admissions teams to ensure smooth onboarding

• Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and conversions using CRM tools

• Achieve and exceed individual and team recruitment targets

• Provide market insights and competitor analysis to refine outreach strategies

• Ensure compliance with institutional policies and local education authority requirements

  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Education, Business, or a related field

• 2–4 years of experience in student recruitment, academic counseling, or admissions

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with diverse student populations

• Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office tools

• Fluency in English is required; Arabic or additional languages are a plus

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends for events

• Familiarity with the UAE and GCC education landscape preferred

• A customer-oriented mindset with strong follow-up and organizational skills
