Structural Engineer

We are hiring an experienced Structural Engineer to design, plan, and oversee the construction of buildings and structures. The successful candidate will ensure that structures are safe, stable, and comply with all regulations. A strong background in structural analysis, materials, and design software is essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed structural designs and calculations.

• Perform structural analysis for different types of buildings and infrastructures.

• Review project drawings, specifications, and reports.

• Conduct site inspections and monitor construction activities.

• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers.

• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.

• Suggest modifications to improve structural integrity or reduce costs.

• Provide technical support during project implementation phases.

• Prepare detailed project documentation and reports.

• Research new construction technologies and materials.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.

• 4–6 years of relevant experience in structural engineering.

• Proficiency in structural design software (e.g., STAAD.Pro, ETABS, AutoCAD).

• Solid understanding of construction processes and materials.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• UAE experience is preferred.
