Store Manager

The Store Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the retail store. Responsibilities include leading and motivating a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals, providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory levels, and ensuring the store is clean and well-maintained. The Store Manager is also responsible for creating staff schedules, conducting staff training, and implementing store policies and procedures. Responsibilities

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar managerial position.
