Store Manager - Fashion

The Store Manager – Fashion will oversee the daily operations of a retail fashion outlet, ensuring exceptional customer service, effective staff supervision, and achievement of sales targets. The role involves managing inventory, visual merchandising, and maintaining brand standards. This position requires a strong understanding of fashion trends, team leadership, and a commitment to delivering a premium shopping experience in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities:

• Managing all aspects of store operations, including staff scheduling, sales performance, and customer service.

• Leading and motivating the store team to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

• Overseeing visual merchandising to align with brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns.

• Ensuring inventory levels are maintained and stock is replenished in a timely manner.

• Handling customer feedback and resolving complaints to ensure satisfaction.

• Monitoring loss prevention procedures and ensuring store security protocols are followed.

• Preparing sales reports and providing insights to the regional manager.

• Conducting regular staff training on product knowledge and sales techniques.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in retail fashion, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.

• Excellent knowledge of fashion trends and visual merchandising principles.

• Familiarity with retail POS systems and inventory management tools.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
