Job Description

The Store Manager - Fashion is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a retail fashion store, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, sales performance, and team leadership. This role involves managing all store functions including merchandising, staff supervision, inventory control, and visual presentation. The manager ensures that the store operates in alignment with brand standards and UAE retail regulations, creating an engaging and on-brand shopping experience for customers.


Responsibilities:

  • Leading the store team to achieve sales targets, deliver excellent customer service, and maintain high operational standards.

  • Managing daily store operations including cash handling, inventory control, and scheduling.

  • Ensuring store layout and merchandising are aligned with brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns.

  • Recruiting, training, and mentoring store staff to foster a motivated and high-performing team.

  • Monitoring KPIs and sales reports to identify trends and implement action plans for performance improvement.

  • Handling customer feedback and resolving issues to ensure satisfaction and brand loyalty.

  • Coordinating with the head office on stock replenishment, promotional activities, and reporting.

  • Enforcing compliance with health, safety, and employment regulations applicable in the UAE retail sector.

  • Managing visual merchandising and ensuring store aesthetics consistently reflect the brand identity.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in fashion retail, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.

  • Proven leadership and team management skills with a strong understanding of customer service excellence.

  • Experience in visual merchandising, sales planning, and retail operations.

  • Knowledge of POS systems, inventory software, and sales analytics tools.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to seasonal retail demands.

  • Fluent in English; Arabic or other language skills are an added advantage.
