Store Manager - Fashion

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our Fashion retail location. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including managing inventory, implementing merchandising strategies, and ensuring the store meets sales targets. Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the fashion retail store, including sales, customer service, and team management.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet revenue targets.
• Manage store inventory, including merchandise planning, stock replenishment, and product display.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and resolving any customer issues or complaints.
• Recruit, train, and supervise store staff, including conducting performance evaluations and providing coaching and feedback.

• Maintain store cleanliness and organization to create a welcoming and visually appealing environment for customers.

• Collaborate with the head office or regional managers on store promotions, marketing campaigns, and product assortment.
• Stay up-to-date on fashion industry trends, brand offerings, and customer preferences to optimize the store's merchandising and marketing strategies.

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Retail Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Prior experience working in a fashion retail setting, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of current fashion trends, styles, and brands.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management, sales analysis, and customer service.
