Store keeper

We are seeking a responsible and organized Store Keeper to manage inventory and materials at our UAE-based facility. This role ensures efficient stock control, accurate record-keeping, and timely dispatch of goods in support of daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock and materials.

• Issue items as per requisitions and maintain updated inventory logs.

• Monitor stock levels and prepare purchase requisitions for replenishment.

• Ensure safe storage, labeling, and organization of inventory.

• Perform regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store area.

• Coordinate with suppliers, procurement, and internal departments.

• Ensure compliance with safety, storage, and inventory policies.

• Track movement of tools, equipment, and consumables.

• Generate reports on inventory usage and stock movement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in warehouse or logistics is a plus.

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a storekeeping or inventory control role.

• Proficiency in inventory software and MS Excel.

• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.

• Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.

• Good communication and coordination abilities.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
