We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized Store Keeper to join our team. As a Store Keeper, you will be responsible for maintaining inventory, ensuring stock levels are sufficient, and overseeing the overall orderliness of the warehouse or storeroom. Your duties will include receiving and checking incoming stock, organizing and storing products efficiently, keeping accurate records of inventory levels, and preparing orders for delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing inventory.
  • Ensure all items are stored in designated areas and are easily accessible.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order new supplies as needed.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to receive deliveries and process returns.
  • Keep the store area clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
  • Prepare inventory reports for management on a regular basis.
  • Assist in the cycle counting process to ensure accurate inventory levels.
  • Train and oversee store staff in proper inventory management procedures.
  • Implement and maintain proper inventory control procedures to minimize loss and theft.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven work experience as a store keeper or similar role
  • Solid knowledge of inventory management and warehouse procedures
  • Familiarity with standard logistics and supply chain processes
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail
