Job Description: Steel Structural Engineer

A Steel Structural Engineer is responsible for designing, analyzing, and ensuring the integrity of steel structures. They collaborate with architects and construction teams to create safe and durable buildings and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design steel structures for buildings and infrastructure projects.
• Conduct structural analysis to ensure adequacy and safety.
• Prepare detailed drawings and specifications.
• Collaborate with architects and construction teams.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Review and approve structural design changes.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers.
• Perform site visits for inspections and quality control.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in steel structural design.
• Proficiency in structural design software such as SAP2000 or ETABS.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations.
