Job Description
Spray Painter Responsibilities & Duties:
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, masking, and cleaning
- Operate and maintain paint equipment and tools, such as spray guns and compressors
- Mix paint to achieve the desired color and consistency
- Apply primer, base coats, and clear coats to products in a controlled environment
- Inspect painted products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements
Spray Painter Qualifications & Skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Familiarity with hazardous materials and safety procedures in a paint booth environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience as a Spray Painter in UAE or GCC
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift heavy objects
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
