Sponsorship and Events Specialist

The Sponsorship and Events Specialist will be responsible for securing sponsorship for events, managing relationships with sponsors, and coordinating all aspects of event planning and execution. They will work closely with the marketing and events teams to ensure successful sponsorships and seamless event experiences.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential sponsors for events
• Negotiate sponsorship agreements and contracts
• Manage sponsor relationships and fulfill sponsorship obligations
• Plan, organize, and execute events, including conferences, trade shows, and promotional activities.
• Manage event budgets, expenses, and financial reports.
• Coordinate logistics, including venue booking, transportation, and accommodation.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors to execute events successfully.
• Coordinate with marketing and communications teams to promote events and sponsorship activities.
• Monitor and evaluate the success of sponsorship programs and events.
• Create marketing materials and packages for sponsors
• Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection and catering
• Track and report on sponsorship and event metrics

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in sponsorship sales and event planning
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Excellent organization and project management abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software
