Specialist Oral And Maxillofacial Surgeon

We are hiring a Specialist Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon who will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of conditions affecting the mouth, jaws, face, and neck. The role demands surgical expertise, patient-focused care, and collaboration with other healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling complex surgical procedures with a high level of precision and should stay updated with the latest surgical techniques and technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat diseases, injuries, and defects of the oral and maxillofacial region.

• Perform surgical procedures such as wisdom teeth removal, corrective jaw surgery, and facial trauma repair.

• Administer anesthesia and ensure patient safety during surgery.

• Develop customized treatment plans for patients.

• Collaborate with orthodontists, prosthodontists, and other specialists.

• Educate patients about surgical procedures and post-operative care.

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

• Participate in continuous education and training.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

• Contribute to patient case discussions and hospital meetings.

Requirements:

• Degree in Dentistry and recognized specialization in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.

• Valid license or eligibility in the UAE.

• At least 3–5 years of post-specialization experience.

• Expertise in minor and major oral surgical procedures.

• Strong manual dexterity and excellent hand-eye coordination.

• Outstanding communication and patient-management skills.

• Familiarity with digital imaging and healthcare management software.
