Specialist- Commercial Banking

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Specialist in Commercial Banking to join our team. Responsibilities

• Provide specialized financial advice and solutions to commercial banking clients.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial banking accounts by identifying opportunities for additional products and services.
• Conduct financial analysis and risk assessments for commercial loan applications.
• Develop and maintain relationships with commercial banking clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as credit, operations, and compliance to facilitate smooth client transactions.
• Stay current on market trends and industry developments to offer relevant and timely guidance to clients.
• Prepare and present credit proposals to decision-making committees for approval.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies in all client interactions.
• Monitor the performance of commercial banking accounts and proactively address any issues or concerns.
• Support the overall growth and profitability of the commercial banking business line through strategic initiatives and cross-selling efforts.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial banking or related financial sector
• Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and regulations
