Spa Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Spa Manager to oversee daily operations of our spa facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will lead the team in delivering exceptional guest experiences, manage spa services and staff, and ensure high standards of wellness, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily spa operations including scheduling, staff supervision, and service quality

• Lead and motivate spa therapists, receptionists, and support staff to achieve service excellence

• Ensure outstanding guest experiences through personalized service and professional standards

• Monitor inventory and order supplies, products, and equipment as needed

• Develop and implement promotional activities and spa packages to drive business

• Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with UAE regulations

• Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionally

• Monitor financial performance, budgets, and targets to maximize profitability

• Oversee training and development of spa staff, ensuring continuous improvement

• Coordinate with hotel or facility management for shared services and guest coordination

• Track and analyze spa performance metrics to recommend improvements

  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a relevant wellness/beauty field

• Minimum 4–6 years of spa or wellness management experience, preferably in the UAE or GCC

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused mindset

• Solid understanding of spa services, treatments, and beauty products

• Knowledge of spa software systems and booking platforms

• Excellent organizational, financial, and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to manage a multicultural team and deliver consistent service standards

• Fluent in English; Arabic or additional languages are a plus

• UAE work experience and knowledge of local labor and health regulations preferred
