Job Description

As a Solutions Engineer/Pre-sales Cybersecurity, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support during the sales process to drive revenue growth. Your primary role will involve understanding customer needs, designing cybersecurity solutions, and presenting these solutions to potential clients. You will collaborate with the sales team to develop customized proposals, conduct product demonstrations, and address any technical queries from customers. Additionally, you will stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies to ensure the solutions align with industry best practices. Strong communication skills, technical proficiency, and a deep understanding of cybersecurity principles are essential for success in this role. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand the client's cybersecurity needs and requirements.
  • Design and present technical solutions to clients that address their cybersecurity challenges.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and proofs of concept to showcase the capabilities of cybersecurity solutions.
  • Provide expertise in cybersecurity technologies and trends to educate clients and sales teams.
  • Develop and deliver technical presentations, whitepapers, and proposals to communicate solutions effectively.
  • Work closely with product management and engineering teams to provide feedback on product enhancements and feature requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation of bids and tenders by providing technical input and pricing details.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to position our cybersecurity solutions effectively against competitors.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations to understand their evolving cybersecurity needs.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in cybersecurity to continuously improve the quality of solutions offered to clients.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and technologies.
  • Experience in technical sales or pre-sales engineering roles.
  • Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or other relevant certifications.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
