Solutions Architect-Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Solutions Architect-Engineer to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performance technology solutions tailored to client needs. This role requires a deep understanding of enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, and modern engineering practices, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business and technical requirements

• Design end-to-end solution architectures across applications, data, and infrastructure

• Develop and document technical solutions aligned with industry best practices

• Guide engineering teams through the implementation of architectural designs

• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise standards

• Lead architectural reviews and present solutions to internal and client teams

• Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes for continuous improvement

• Support pre-sales teams with technical expertise and solution design

• Conduct technical assessments, gap analyses, and risk evaluations

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to the UAE market

• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and architects

  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)

• Minimum 6 years of experience in solutions architecture and/or engineering roles

• Proven experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

• Strong understanding of microservices, APIs, and enterprise integration patterns

• Familiarity with UAE market compliance, data privacy, and cybersecurity standards

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, TOGAF, Azure Solutions Architect)
