Solution Engineer - Logistics

We are hiring a Solution Engineer – Logistics to design, optimize, and implement tailored logistics and supply chain solutions for clients across the UAE. This role supports sales and operations by transforming business needs into efficient, scalable logistics solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end logistics solutions based on client requirements.

• Analyze supply chain operations, warehouse layouts, and transportation flows.

• Support business development by preparing solution proposals and technical presentations.

• Collaborate with sales, operations, and IT teams to align solutions with capabilities.

• Develop and present cost models, process maps, and KPIs.

• Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.

• Lead solution testing, piloting, and post-implementation reviews.

• Prepare RFI/RFP documentation and support tender processes.

• Stay updated on logistics technologies, software, and industry trends.

• Ensure all solutions comply with regulatory and client-specific standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Industrial Engineering.

• 5–7 years of experience in logistics solution design or consultancy.

• Strong knowledge of warehousing, transportation, and last-mile operations.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, WMS/TMS platforms, and MS Excel/Visio.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Experience with e-commerce, 3PL, or contract logistics is a plus.

• Strong communication and client-facing presentation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
